What happens after you reach out

  1. Within one business day, a senior engineer calls your IT lead to understand the team, the environment and where the pressure is.
  2. We review your ticket volume, tools, documentation and security setup, with read-only access you approve.
  3. You get a draft responsibility matrix showing what we'd take on, what stays with your team and what's shared, plus a monthly price scoped to that split.
  4. If you go ahead, we onboard in stages, starting with the area that hurts most, and adjust the split as both teams learn how the other works.
